Daramu House is the sister building to International House, the second engineered timber office building in Barangaroo, designed by Tzannes.
Sea-Tex Non-Metallised fabric was selected as the fabric for the high performance motorised roller shade systems. Sea-Tex is comprised of 50% recovered ocean plastic thus contributing to the impressive sustainability credentials of the unique timber building. The recovered ocean plastic component used in the fit-out of both Daramu House and International House combined is 1,425kg
