Located on the corner of George and King Streets,  388 George Street jointly owned by Brookfield and Oxford Investa Property Partners transformed the original 1970s office tower into a modern commercial space with the addition of a five-storey retail and commercial pavilion.

Sea-Tex Non-Metallised fabric was selected as the fabric for the high performance motorised roller shade systems. Sea-Tex is comprised of recovered ocean plastic contributing to the sustainability credentials of the tower building. The total recovered ocean plastic component used at 388 George Street is 1,260kg.
